Job Description:
Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Business / Data Analyst in Albany, NY.
Description:
• Communicate with business users regarding requirement specifications, testing, and answering questions.
• Complete all system and business documentation for projects
• Track and document project progress
• Develop user acceptance test plans
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing
• Assist with the development and maintenance of materials, documenting standard operating procedures of new tools and functionality.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support data quality improvement activities
• Assist with the development of HL7 extract files
• Assist with monitoring issues related to data quality
Mandatory Qualification:
• Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
• Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
• 60 months experience in messaging standards (XML, X12, etc.)
• 60 months experience in mapping data to create HL7 messages
• 60 months experience in data quality analysis (collect, analyze and summarize information)
• 60 months experience with relational database and SQL
• 60 months experience in system design and system specification documentation
• 60 months experience eliciting technical requirements from non-technical business users
• 60 months experience in developing test plans and conducting/guiding user acceptance testing
• 60 months experience creating workflow charts and diagrams
• Bachelor’s Degree.
