Job Details: Business Analyst – Banking Domain

Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business and functional requirements from banking stakeholders.
• Work with technical teams to translate business needs into user stories and system requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and support UAT.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to banking products/processes.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, and wireframing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with digital banking, core banking, lending, or payments systems is a big plus.
