Trigyn has a contractual opportunity as Communications Centre Operator. This resource will be working at our client site in Colombia
1. The Business Analyst will undertake the following duties and responsibilities: - Facilitate customer workshops/interviews to collect, analyze, validate and document business requirements, processes, business rules and workflows; - Conduct options analysis and recommend optimal solutions to address stakeholder requirements; - Manage the translation of business requirements into functional and technical specifications; - Make business-related recommendations including viability of usage of existing IT systems and/or infrastructure and industry IT standards/solutions relevant to business requirements; - Plan, design and execute application testing, UAT and release management; - Perform other related duties as required.
2. Education: Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Computer or Information Systems. A first level university degree with a combination of relevant academic qualifications and extensive experience in information and communications technology may be accepted.
3. Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis for IT systems design.
4. Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
