Job Description:
Within delegated authority, the Business Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:
• Works on onboarding/transitioning products and services into the service desk.
• Collaborates with product teams (i.e., application teams) and content experts to produce technical documentation and user documentation including User Guides, Job Aids, etc.
• Organizes and performs unit and integrated testing, designing and utilizing test bases; assists users in acceptance testing.
• Develops technical documents including processes, standard operating procedures, user guides, process documentations, communication material and workflows on Visio.
• Adds and removes people from user roles in the official CRM (running on Siebel platform);
• Uses of the CRM for sending Work Order (WOs) to various groups.
• Analyse large data and provide insights to improve service desk operations (e.g., increase customer satisfaction).
• Act as a business analyst, subject matter expert, quality assurance focal points for technical projects. • Attending and supporting the preparation of meetings, conferences, workshops and other events.
Experience: Several years of experience in information technology, service management or related area.
