Job Description:
Trigyn has the opportunity for an Angular developer with MongoDB, Node.JS. This resource will be working Remotely.
Scope of Work:
The contractor will provide support to the design and development of various initiatives for Careers Portal platform:
1) Cross-browser and cross-platform front-end web development including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and the latest technologies.
2) Translating designs and wire-frames into high quality code.
3) Work with an agile team to design and develop front-end and back-end solutions.
4) Communicate technical concepts with trade-offs, risks, and benefits.
5) Develop PoC and prototypes for easy-to-navigate user interfaces of webpages with graphics, icons, and color schemes which match standards.
6) Requirement gathering, analysis for new modules.
7) Fit gap analysis for new requirements.
8) Architecting or implementing search APIs such as SOLR.
9) Data-conversion from other databases to MongoDb.
Educational Qualification:
A university degree or Diploma (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, IT or related field. A combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree.
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience building the server side and client side of large consumer-facing web applications from the ground up.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, Angular JS, React JS, Redux. Strong NoSQL skills (MongoDB or Cassandra).
- 2+ years’ experience in Node.js and Restful web services.
- Good working knowledge in using technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results.
