Job Description:
Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for an Android Developer in Albany, NY.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Mobile App Analysis
• Mobile App Design
• Mobile App Development
• Mobile App Testing
• Cloud Integration via Restful API
• Iterative Build Demonstrations to team and customers
• Documenting processes and procedures
• Participate in design sessions
• Provide end-user training
• Provide support for testing mobile and cloud-based applications.
Mandatory Qualification:
• Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
• Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
• 12 months of experience with Jetpack Compose UI.
• 48 months of experience developing with the Android Java/Kotlin programming language.
• 60 months of experience native Android development.
• 60 months of experience assisting in translation of business requirements into design specifications, mockups, and user-friendly (-driven) new mobile apps.
• 48 months of experience assisting testing teams in the user acceptance testing of the system, including helping to define function scripts, business use cases etc. to test system capabilities.
• 24 months experience with Room, SQLite or similar relational database.
