Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an AI and Automation Systems Analyst. This resource will be working at our client site in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with Unite Service Desk team for document capture automation, process automation/workflow, robotic process automation and process analysis,
• Organizes and performs unit and integrated testing, designing and utilizing test bases; assists users in acceptance testing.
• Researches, analyzes and evaluates new technologies and makes recommendations for their deployment.
• Develop complex technical documents including processes, standard operating procedures, user guides, process documentation, communication material and workflows on Visio.
• Develop operational and executive-level reports. Synthesize key messages out of reports to
convey information as required
• Works on onboarding/transitioning products and services to the service desk.
• Prepares responses to various queries that require technical explanation.
• Develops training materials and train technical personnel on process automation
• Configures access roles, self-service catalog items, and HTML eForms in the client CRM (running on the Siebel platform).
• Attending and supporting the preparation of meetings, conferences, workshops and other events
• Provide Demo sessions to technical and non-technical users.
• Efficiently execute integrations of AI services with investigative processes and assist in developing AI and machine learning models into existing systems.
• Support in coding and scripting tasks, primarily using Python, to automate workflows and enhance data processing capabilities.
• Design automation and streamlining processes utilizing Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Logic Flow.
• Help integrate APIs and ensure seamless connectivity between various software applications and platforms.
• Lead the development of various projects utilizing Microsoft Azure services for deploying AI models and managing cloud resources.
• Participate in the analysis and interpretation of data, assisting in creating insights and reports based on AI model outputs.
• Document the development and integration processes, ensuring clear records for future reference and audits.
• build mapping and processing workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: Relevant experience or knowledge in AI, machine learning, Business intelligence, Business Analysis, Python coding, API integration, and Microsoft Azure
Skills:
• Background in computer engineering, AI, natural language processing, machine learning, app development, process mapping, or relevant experience is desired.
• Experience or knowledge in AI, Natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and various language coding particularly Python.
• experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, SPSS, STATA, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets is desirable
• Familiarity with API integration and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and its AI services.
• Ability to think and articulate concisely.
• Effective interaction and collaboration with colleagues and external parties
• Knowledge on ITIL
• Knowledge on CRM (Sibel) and basic knowledge on SAP Hana
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to produce quality outputs and manage multiple tasks.
Language: English and French are the working languages. Fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another international language is an advantage.
