STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA EXTENDS CONTRACT

The State of North Carolina has advised Trigyn that its contract for the provision of Information Technology Services across a broad spectrum of disciplines will be extended for an additional year, with the State of North Carolina reserving the option to award two additional one year extensions to the contract. The contract extension took effect on July 1, 2010 and will run through June 30, 2011.
