Therefore, the client had needs spanning an unusually broad range of technologies and skills.

Trigyn Approach: Through a highly competitive bidding process, Trigyn was awarded a contract in 2009 for the provision of IT Staffing and consulting services for the client’s headquarters.

Under this contract, Trigyn consultants primarily performed maintenance and user support services to ensure ongoing operability of headquarters IT and Communications infrastructure. Specifically, Trigyn staff were engaged in the following areas:

  • Help desk support
  • Installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs),
  • Inventory management,
  • Business analysis,
  • Software development,
  • Technical administrative support,
  • LAN technical support,
  • Telecommunications support,
  • ICT support for physical security, and
  • Evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies.

Outcome: Trigyn has earned and maintains an excellent reputation with the client. Trigyn has consistently met or exceeded their expectations for contract performance and continues to serve the client today. Under this contract, Trigyn has realized cumulative billings exceeding $135 million and has more than 150 consultants providing serving the client under this contract today.
